RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll accept returns and exchanges if initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.  

Please contact us through the chat here, or email info@HiouchiJewels.com to let us know to expect your return.  All jewelry must be unworn, and products unused. All items must be returned in original packaging.  You must pay for return shipping to us.  We advise adding insurance.  We'll cover shipping cost of new shipment to you.  

For returns, you will be credited in full, minus a 5% re-stocking fee.  For exchanges, we'll discuss and send you the new piece.  Switching out for a different ring size is easy.  Let us know what size you need, and we'll send it out as soon as we receive your return. 

When purchasing apparel, please refer to the size charts within each product page.  Compare the specs given to a shirt you have that fits you well.  This will help you choose the correct size, and avoid having to exchange!  

SHIPPING

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING for almost all orders US orders!  We charge a flat $20 fee for international shipping, but if labels cost less then this, we refund the over-charge.  We charge a small shipping fee for a few larger / heavier items - such as crystal candleholders.  We ship via USPS ground and Priority mail, from our Evergreen, Colorado home office.  Other carriers and methods are available upon request.
